TNDP Stand For Rural Healthcare Tour to visit Fentress County

July 25, 2019 (NASHVILLE, Tenn.) — The Tennessee Democratic Party today announced the addition of Fentress County to the Stand For Rural Healthcare Tour, which will visit communities around the state that have been most affected by Tennessee’s healthcare crisis. We will hear from local leaders, healthcare professionals, first responders and families impacted by the closing of Jamestown Regional Medical Center, and discuss the need for Medicaid expansion and other solutions to Tennessee’s healthcare crisis.

The statewide tour will visit Fentress County on Tuesday, Aug. 6 and hold a rally and community healthcare round table. Times and locations are listed below.
