Carolyn Jo Cooper, age 67, of Jamestown, passed away Friday, December 18, 2015 at her home.

Mrs. Cooper was born December 2, 1948 in Muncie, IN. She was a factory worker.

Mrs. Cooper is survived by daughters, Debbie Young and husband, Johnny, Kim Milashus and husband, Paul  and Tracy Roysden and husband, Mark; son, Anthony Cooper; sisters, Wanda George and husband, Steve and Jacki Randolph; brother, Richard Crabtree; grandchildren, Justin Warden and wife, Kasey, Joshua Warden and fiancee’ Jessica Hayes, Eric Milashus and wife, Jessica, Amanda Milashus and fiance’, Ty Dalton, Iassc Cooper, and Allison Roysden; great-grandchild, Adam, Brooklynn and Bentley Warden, Andrew Kirby, Haley, Ethan and Bailey Hayes, and Gage Wright.

Mrs. Cooper was preceded in death by mother, Alice Lavern (Fair) Brummett; father, John Ed Crabtree; brother, Dennis Perry; and daughter, Paula Cooper.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in Jennings Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Marcus Williams officiating. Burial followed in Fentress Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers included Josh Warden, Justin Warden, Eric Milashus, Andrew Kirby, Mark Roysden and Anthony Cooper.

Chase Fasbinder, on Tuesday, December 22, 2015, our cherished son, brother, and grandson was received into Heaven, and began his rest from troubles, care, and sorrow in the arms of his Savior and friend Jesus Christ.

Chase was a joy and inspiration to all who were blessed to know him. His smile could bring light to the darkest of days. To know Chase was to love him.

He was born with severe earthly disabilities on June 30, 2003 in Columbus, OH. Fortitude, strength, and endurance, combined with the power of God allowed Chase to live 12 and a half years enveloped in the love of his family and friends.

His family was blessed to spend time with him here on this earth, to learn from his courage and marvel at his constant joy and happiness in the face of struggle. His family will be eternally changed by his presence and his passing. His presence inspired all who knew him. He opened their hearts as well as their eyes.

Chase is survived by his father and mother, Christopher and Kimberly, brother, Cole, sister, Cayleigh, grandparents, Irene Owens, Marita and John Fasbinder, and several aunts, uncles and other family. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Bill Owens. Visitation will be held from 11am to 1pm, Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where a funeral service will begin at 1pm. William Herbert Franklin, age 56 of Jamestown, passed away Thursday, December 24, 2015 at his home.

Mr. Franklin was born April 10, 1959 in Elizabethtown, KY.

Mr. Franklin is survived by brothers, James Franklin and Melvin Franklin; sisters, Charlene Ipock, June Crabtree, Darlene Austin and Connie Clark; and best friend, Glenn Harris.

Mr. Franklin was preceded in death by father, Dewey Franklin; mother, Ruby (Smith) Franklin; sister, Betty Jean Franklin; two infant siblings; and half sister, Wilma Rector.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Jennings Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ray Voiles officiating. Burial followed in the Livingston Cemetery. Pallbearers included James Franklin, Mark Crabtree, Mikey Delk, Rick Neese, Dylan Stockton, Floyd Cottle, Johnny Smith, Tyler Reynolds, and Dylan Cooper.

Ronald D. Hall, age 72 of Clarkrange, passed away Monday, December 21, 2015 at his home.

Mr. Hall was born December 17, 1943 in Morgan Co., TN. He worked in drywall construction.

Mr. Hall is survived by wife of 28 years, Robin (Logan) Hall of Clarkrange, TN; daughters, Tresa Lynn Vespie of Wartburg, TN and Tonya Manis and husband, Anthony of Crossville, TN; son, Ronald D. Hall, Jr., of Deer Lodge, TN; sister, Hallie Jones of Crossville, TN; brothers, Roland Hall and wife, Jennie of the Chestnut Ridge Community, TN and Arnold Hall and wife, Dawn of Crossville, TN; grandchildren, Jocelyn Craft and husband, Josh, Lydia Vespie, Kaylyn, and Kade Manis, Chance Hall and Chloe Hall; great-grandchildren, Jolie, Jemma and Jathan Craft.

Mr. Hall was preceded in death by father, Dailey Hall; mother, Debbie (Jones) Hall; sisters, Geneva Bilbrey and Bernice Tinch; son-in-law, John F. Vespie.

Funeral services were held Thursday, December 24, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. in Jennings Funeral Homes-Clarkrange Chapel with Bro. Ronnie Swallows officiating. Burial followed in the Springs Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers included Jamie Brummitt, Shane Schrougham, Bruce Schrougham, Yankee Skaggs, CJ Beaty, and Ronald Hall, Jr.

Amanda Nichole Parker, age 24, of Frankfort, IN, passed away at 9:47 a.m., December 27, 2015 at her home.

Ms. Parker was born February 7, 1991 in Jamestown, TN to Steven B. & Teresa J. (Harris) Parker.

Amanda was home schooled and attended Roane State Community College in Crossville, TN.  She had lived in Jamestown, TN, Monterey, TN, Point Pleasant, WV, Nashville, TN and since 2012 in Frankfort, IN.  Amanda was a member of the Bethel Bible Holiness Church in Frankfort.  She loved scrapbooking, music, traveling, reading, playing the snare drum at church and shopping at Goodwill.

She is survived by parents,  Steven B. & Teresa J. Parker of Frankfort, IN; sister, Macey B. Parker of Frankfort, IN; brother, Drake (Megan) Parker of Frankfort, IN; niece,  Addyson Parker of Frankfort, IN.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Bradley & Ozell Parker; maternal grandparents, Paul & Hazel Harris; and a cousin, Bradley Harris.

Services were held 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at the Goodwin Funeral Home.  Burial followed in Bunnell Cemetery.

Thomas Joseph Anthony Tomarchio, age 44, of Jamestown, passed away Monday, December 21, 2015 at his home.

Mr. Tomarchio was born January 17, 1971 in Camden, NJ. He was a general laborer.

Mr. Tomarchio is survived by mother, Delores Forte; wife, Alice E. (Sheridan) Tomarchio; brother, Daniel Anthony Tomarchio, Sr.; nieces, Savannah Tomarchio and Justine Kerr; nephews, Richard Joseph Dempsey, Daniel Anthony Tomarchio, Jr., Timothy John Dempsey, and Walter Jordan; aunt, Dawn Kerr; uncle, Brian Kinkade; great-uncles, Anthony Forte and Dominic Forte and a host of other family and friends.

Mr. Tomarchio was preceded in death by father, Phillip Alexander Tomarchio and an infant sibling.

The family has chosen Cremation with a Memorial Service at a later date.

Gary Leon Stone, 71, of Camden, passed away Sunday, Dec. 20, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Dec. 23, at 1 p.m., in the chapel of Oakdale Funeral Home of Camden with Brother Gary Greer and Brother Stephen Rushing officiating. Burial followed at Eastview Cemetery.

Mr. Stone was born Nov. 6, 1944, in Camden, to the late Ray L. Stone and Sally V. Sayles Stone. He retired from the Benton County Electric System after 41 years of service and was a U.S. Air Force Viet Nam Veteran.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Aloma Hardin, and a brother, Randy Stone.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Dayhuff Stone; a son, Michael Stone, of Camden; a daughter, Kathy (Casey) Hancock, of Eva; seven grandchildren, Carson, Laiken, Logan, Jayson, Micah, Payton (Jimmy), and Stephen (Kimber), and great-grandchildren, Konner and Kole.

Jo Ann (Hoover) Willard, age 48, of Crossville and formerly of Fentress Co., passed away Friday, December 18, 2015 at Cumberland Medical Center.

Mrs. Willard was born June 5, 1967 in Jamestown, Tennessee. She was a general laborer.

Mrs. Willard is survived by husband, Guy Thomas Willard; brothers, Donald Hoover, Jeff Hoover, Michael “Tony” Hoover, Johnny Hoover and Jimmy Hoover and wife, Lynn; half brother, Russell Winningham; sister, Phyllis Hoover and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Mrs. Willard was preceded in death by father, Don E. Hoover; mother, Rozella (Robertson) Hoover-Winningham; and sister, Brenda Sue Sexton.

Graveside Service was held Monday, December 21, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at Sharp Place Cemetery with Bro. Willie D. Hicks officiating. Burial followed in Sharp Place Cemetery.
