Pam Buck, age 49, of Clarkrange, TN passed away Monday, April 18, 2016 at Tennova Healthcare-Jamestown.

Mrs. Buck was born March 18, 1967 in Fentress Co., TN. She was a CNA.

Mrs. Buck is survived by husband, Ronald Buck; sons, Brad Buck, and Brent Buck and wife, Kadie; grandchildren, Braxton, Adalyn, Grayson and Hayden; father, Ray Atkinson; and mother, Linda (Beaty) Atkinson.

Funeral services were held Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Jonesville Community Baptist Church with Pastor Marshall Stevens officiating. Burial followed in the Jonesville Cemetery in Fentress County, TN. Pallbearers included Dall Ramsey, Kurt Stults, Marcus Brown, T.J. Shaver, Dustin Strunk, and Travis Reynolds.

Jennings Funeral Homes-Clarkrange Chapel of Clarkrange, Tennessee was in charge of the services.

Christena (Conatser) Hayes, age 83, of Sunbright, passed away Sunday, April 17, 2016 at Life Care Center of Morgan Co.

Mrs. Hayes was born December 18, 1932 in Jamestown, TN. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Hayes is survived by daughter, Brenda Sue (Hayes) Beck; granddaughter, Christena Beck; grandson, Gwin Olin Beck; great-grandson, Kevin Beck; brothers, Doyle Conatser and Claude Conatser.

Mrs. Hayes was preceded in death by husband, Gwin Hayes; father, Oren C. Conatser; mother, Racheal (Sidney) Conatser; brothers, Boyd Conatser, Ed Conatser and Kenneth Conatser; sisters, Dorothy Jones, and Vonnie Lively.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel with Bro. Jeff Durham officiating. Burial was held Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 12:00 noon in Hickory Hill Cemetery in Fentress Co., TN. Pallbearers included Jeff Choate, Phil Choate, Scott Conatser, Gwin Olin Beck, David Jones and Eddie Farmer.

Jennings Funeral Home of Jamestown, Tennessee was in charge of the services.

Reece Stephens

Reece Stephens, age 84, of Springboro, OH, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2016 in the Dayton VA Hospice.

Mr. Stephens is survived by wife, Lula B. Stephens; daughters, Patricia Note and husband, Robert and Mona Mason and husband, Bob; brother, Quentin Stephens; sister, Janice Jones; sister-in-law, Bernie Stephens; five grandchildren, Gary Petrey, Nathan and Sara Preston, Hannah and Brandon Dearth; five great-grandchildren, Hayden, Aaron and Reagan Dearth, Alexander and Elijah Preston; two nephews, Chuck Stephens and Tom Stephens; four nieces, Pam, Kim and Vickie, Jill Jones and her daughter, Laura Beth Jones.

Mr. Stephens was preceded in death by parents, Beaty and Laura Hull Stephens; brother, Vernell Stephens; brother-in-law, Frank Jones, Sr.; and nephew, Dr. Frank Jones, Jr.

Funeral services were held Friday, April 22, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Mundy Funeral with Bro. Buddy Edwards officiating. Burial followed in the Spring Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers included Chuck Stephens, Bob Note, Gary Petrey, Danny Ramsey, Adam Ramsey, Donald Stephens, Phillip Ramsey, Jeff Gribble and Gary Matthews.

Mundy Funeral Home of Jamestown, Tennessee was in charge of the services.


Chuck Wright, age 54, of Grimsley, passed away Sunday, April 17, 2016 at Methodist Medical Center.

Mr. Wright was born January 29, 1962 in Fentress Co., TN. He was a cabinet maker.

Mr. Wright is survived by soulmate, Kay Handy; sons, Charles Wright and Anthony Wright; grandchildren, Kaden, Kaleb and Gage; brothers, Kenny Wright and wife, Kristi and Kerry Wright and wife, Belinda; a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends and special friend, Jeff Norris.

Mr. Wright was preceded in death by father, Alfred Gordon Wright; mother, Wilma Irene (Young) Wright; father-in-law, Walter Handy; mother-n-law- Bertha Handy; sister, Tina Rose Crisp; and niece, Tonya Wright.

Funeral services were held Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Jennings Funeral Homes-Clarkrange Chapel with Bro. Randy Bilbrey officiating. Burial followed in the Young Cemetery in Fentress Co. with Military Service at Graveside provided by American Legion Post 137.Pallbearers included Charles Wright, Anthony Wright, Jonathan Crisp, Jeremy Crisp, Willard Looper, Danny Norris, Greg Wright, and Jeff Norris.
