Charline Campbell

Charline Campbell, age 85, of Jamestown, TN, passed away Monday, March 20, 2017 at the Life Care Center in Crossville, TN.

Mrs. Campbell is survived by son, Thomas Hickman; daughter, Deborah Barrett; brothers, Chester Conatser and Joe Phillips; sister, Gracie McCarter; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Campbell was preceded in death by husband, Cleo Campbell; parents, Albert and Alta Mae Beaty Conatser; and son, Benny Tinch.

Memorial services were held Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with Bro. Jackie Reagan officiating.

Mundy Funeral Home of Jamestown, Tennessee was in charge of the arrangements.

Judy Candy Beaty-Wooden

Judy Candy Beaty-Wooden  of Crossville, passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Wooden was born in Grimsley, TN. She was a nurse.

Mrs. Wooden is survived by husband, Olen Wooden; son, Billy Darrell Smith and wife, Kristy; daughter, Candance Reel and husband, Raymond; two grandchildren, Brandy Skluzak and husband, Terry and Brittany Smith; six great-grandchildren, Brayden & Brianna Skluzak, Elijah, Sara, Jackson & Brianna Reel; brother, Larry Bruce Beaty and wife, Jane; nieces, Gwinn Ramsey and Beth Eiler; nephew, Larry Bruce Beaty, II; and a host of other family and friends.

Mrs. Wooden was preceded in death by father, Buss Beaty; mother, Edna (Richards) Beaty; sister, Janet Beaty-Senn and husband, Carl; and 2 infant siblings.

Funeral services were held Monday, March 27, 2017 at 2;00 p.m. at Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel with Bro. Davis Harp and Bro. Gary Howard officiating. Burial followed in the Green Acres Memory Gardens in Crossville, TN. Pallbearers included Winfred Wooden, Josh Crowell, Aaron Hartley, Trevor Ramsey, Larry Beaty, Steve Ramsey, Keith Ramsey and Ted West.

Jennings Funeral Home of Jamestown, Tennessee was in charge of the services.

Charles “Chuck” Evans

Charles “Chuck” Evans, age 70, of Grimsley, passed away Friday, March 24, 2017 at Tennova Healthcare-Jamestown.

Mr. Evans was born May 9, 1946 in Lancing, Tennessee. He was a truck driver and mechanic in the military.

Mr. Evans is survived by wife, Mary (Brewster) Evans; daughters, Laura Bell Smith and Tara Taylor; son, Eric Evans and wife, Kristina; grandchildren, Hunter and Benjamin; sisters, Helen Evans, Wilma Bledsoe and husband, Paul, Sue Rolins, Julie Evans and Gail Deibel and husband, Joe; brothers, John Evans, Robert Evans, Curtis Evans and wife, Lisa, Thomas Evans, Rex Evans, Timmy Evans and Chester Evans.

Mr. Evans was preceded in death by father, Robert Fred Evans; mother, Anna Bell (Mabe) Evans; grandson, Calvin Smith; and son-in-law, Randy Smith.

Funeral services were held Monday, March 27, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Jennings Funeral Homes-Clarkrange Chapel with Pastor Tim Robbins officiating. Military Service at Graveside provided by American Legion Post 137. Burial followed in the Brewstertown Cemetery in Robbins, TN. Pallbearers included Max Goodpaster, Dwight Laster, Hunter Evans, Tim Evans, Daniel Ohtola, and Joe Mann.

Jerry Human

Jerry Human, age 59, of the Banner Springs Community, passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at his home.

Mr. Human is survived by wife, Ruth Vaughn Human; mother, Clara Belle Human; son, Roger Vaughn; daughter, Tia Swift and husband, Jimmy; grandchildren, Seth Vaughn, Madison Vaughn, and Desmond Swift; and a host of other family and friends.

Mr. Human was preceded in death by father, William Leo Human.

Funeral services were held Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange with Pastor Jason Kerr officiating. Burial followed in the Spring Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers included Johnny Ray Gunter, Billy Walton, Chuck Ramsey, Seth Vaughn, Bruce Lane, Jimmy Swift and Russell Hall.

Roger Dean Swafford

Roger Dean Swafford, age 50, of Jamestown passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Tennova Healthcare-Jamestown.

Mr. Swafford was born September 23, 1966 in Statesville, NC. He worked for the City of Jamestown.

Mr. Swafford is survived by son, Ricky Campbell and wife, Melissa; daughter, Machalla Kassow and husband, Jonathan; sons, Michael Campbell, Timmy Swafford, Tony Campbell and wife, Kayla; daughter, Keisha Swafford and Zack Anderson; son, William Swafford; son, Taylor Gooding; daughter, Jolina Upchurch; nine grandchildren; mother, Sue (Hoover) Swafford; brothers, Johnny Swafford, Gary Swafford & wife, Scherry and Darrell Swafford & wife, Sarah; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Mr. Swafford was preceded in death by wife, Annie (Delk) Swafford; son, Darrell Lee Campbell; grandson, Marcus Lee Campbell; granddaughter, Aubrey Campbell; and father, Billy Eugene Swafford.

Funeral services were held Sunday, March 26, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Jennings Funeral Home Chapel with Kevin and Pam Baz officiating. Burial followed in the Livingston Cemetery in Jamestown, TN. Pallbearers included Ricky Campbell, Tony Campbell, Taylor Gooding, Duke Kassow, Timmy Swafford, and Zack Anderson. Honorary pallbearers were William Swafford and Michael Campbell.
