FRANK J. GOODMAN

Frank J. Goodman, age 71, of Jamestown, passed away Sunday, March 18, 2018 at Tennova Healthcare-Jamestown.

Mr. Goodman was born February 21, 1947 in Pall Mall, Tennessee.  He was a truck driver.

Mr. Goodman is survived by two sons, Darian Goodman and Frank Goodman, Jr.; two daughters, Paula Simmons and husband Tim and Pam Cottle; two step-sons, Timothy Flowers and Anthony Flowers; three grandchildren; brother, David Goodman and wife Reca; three sisters, Linda Conatser and husband Edwin, Martha Butler and Louise Goodman; caregiver, Patricia Wright; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Mr. Goodman was preceded in death by wife, Juanell (Crabtree) Goodman; father, John Wesley Goodman; mother, Annie James (Kempton) Goodman; two sisters, Mary Lou Goodman and Betty Lou Goodman; four brothers, Wilson Goodman, Willard Goodman, Glen Dale Goodman and Gregory Allen Goodman; and brother-in-law, Kenny Butler.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Jennings Funeral Home with Bro. Ed Walker and Gerald L. Huddleston officiating. American Legion Post 137 served as pallbearers.

Burial followed on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Upchurch Cemetery in Pall Mall, TN with Military service at graveside provided by American Legion Post 137.

Jennings Funeral Home of Jamestown, Tennessee was in charge of services.

MARY ANN NELSON

Mary Ann Nelson, age 87, of Allardt, passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Oneida Nursing & Rehab.

Mrs. Nelson was born January 19, 1931 in South Dakota.  She was a housewife.

Mrs. Nelson is survived by three children, Sharon Russell and husband Bruce, Roberta Old and Marilynn Finn; eleven grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; and brother, Lamont Smith and wife Delvonna.

Mrs. Nelson was preceded in death by husband, Thomas Nelson; three sons, Gordon Nelson, Richard Nelson, and Thomas Nelson Jr.; two daughters, Paula Rumler and Susan Sterns; granddaughter, Nicole Nelson; father, Richard Smith; and mother, Anna (Schroeder) Smith.

Visitation will be held Monday, April 2, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Jennings Funeral Home.

Memorial services will be held Monday, April 2, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Jennings Funeral Home with Bro. Jason Kerr officiating.

Jennings Funeral Home of Jamestown, Tennessee is in charge of arrangements.

Claudean Wilson

Claudean Wilson, age 83, of Clarkrange, passed away Friday, March 23, 2018 at Signature Healthcare of Putnam County in Algood, Tennessee.

Mrs. Wilson was born April 3, 1934 in Clarkrange, Tennessee.  She was a factory worker, She was Baptist in Faith.

Mrs. Wilson is survived by three daughters, Pamela Pursley of Dyersburg, TN, Carol Duke and husband Dale of the Dodson Branch Community and Jennifer Wilson and husband Robert of Clarkrange; son, Randell Wilson of Clarkrange; seven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren;  sister, Reba Swallows of Clarkrange; and brother, Wendell Miller of Chattanooga, TN.

Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by parents, Owen and Vernie Elmore Miller; husband, Elmer Wilson; granddaughter, Brittany Pursley; two sisters, Eula Bilbrey and Jewel Phillips; and brother, Glen Miller.

The family chose cremation and services will be planned at a later date.
