DREXEL ALLINE FROGGE CONNER

Drexel Alline Frogge Conner, age 76, of Spring Hill, and formerly of Allons, TN passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Life Care Center of Centerville, TN.

Mrs. Conner was born September 22, 1941 in Pall Mall, Tennessee. She was retired from Wilson’s Sporting Goods.  She was a member of the Free Communion Church of Christ in Monroe.  She was a loving mother and grandmother who took pleasure in spoiling her granddaughter.  She loved gardening and caring for animals.

Mrs. Conner is survived by daughter, Tammy Conner-Hartnett of Spring Hill, TN; granddaughter, Katie Conner.

Mrs. Conner was preceded in death by her mother, Lola Frogge; husband, Jackie Conner; and son, Terry Conner.

The family will receive friends Saturday, June 23, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until service time.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Rogers officiating.  Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association at alz.org.

Dyer Funeral Home of Cookeville, Tennessee was in  charge of services.

MICHAEL ANTHONY CROUCH

Michael Anthony Crouch, age 48, of Jamestown, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Crouch was born August 8, 1969 in Jamestown, Tennessee.  He was a substitute teacher.

Mr. Crouch is survived by wife, Jada (West) Crouch; two daughters, Miranda Crouch and Taylor Crouch; son, Bobby Brett Crouch; mother, Anna (Crabtree) Crouch; brother, Tony Crouch; and a host of uncles, aunts, other family and friends.

Mr. Crouch was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Crouch.

Funeral services were held Monday, June 18, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Jennings Funeral Home with Bro. Ernest Campbell officiating.  Burial followed in the Frogge Chapel Cemetery in Pall Mall, Tennessee.  Pallbearers included Wayne Crouch, Wayne Stephens, David Wright, Daniel Threet, Glen Rexroat, Brian Etter, James Pullins, Michael Green, Rick Creselious and Lynn Delk.

Jennings Funeral Home of Jamestown, Tennessee was in charge of services.

VESTIE ALLINE DAVIS

Vestie Alline Davis, age 80, of Jamestown, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Signature Healthcare of Fentress County.

Mrs. Davis was born August 24, 1937 in Jamestown, Tennessee.  She was a factory worker.

Mrs. Davis is survived by husband, Luster Davis; two brothers, J.D. Pritchett and wife Jewell and Junior Pritchett; brother-in-law, Louis “Jim” Davis and wife Florence; sister-in-law, Wonell Hinds and husband Clyde; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by father, Wheeler Pritchett; mother, Etter (Penticuff) Pritchett; son, Michael “Doc” Davis; brother, Bill Pritchett; and four sisters, Martha Lee Buck, Fonzie Hunt, Stella Hayes and Jessie Matthews.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Jennings Funeral Home with Bro. Austin Flowers officiating.  Burial followed in the Fairview Cemetery in Jamestown, Tennessee.  Pallbearers included Jimmy Pritchett, Lynn Pritchett, Larry Pritchett, David Pritchett, Jack Pritchett and Tim Matthews.
