Mr. Glenn Anderson Killed In Sunday Traffic Accident

A 73-year-old Grimsley man sustained fatal injuries Sunday morning in a single-vehicle traffic accident on Highway 127.
According to reports, Mr. Glenn Anderson of Grimsley was traveling South on Highway 127 in a 2006 Chevrolet pickup truck when his vehicle left the road and overturned shortly after 8:00 a.m. Sunday morning.
Mr. Anderson was reportedly ejected from the vehicle, which overturned on him, causing the fatal injuries.
He was the only occupant of the vehicle, and the cause of the accident was unknown.
The accident was investigated by Tennessee Highway Patrol Trooper Jamie Stephens, assisted at the scene by officers from the Fentress County Sheriff’s Office, Fentress County Rescue Squad, Fire Department, EMS, and Ambulance Service personnel.
Mr. Anderson’s death was the third traffic fatality of 2013 in Fentress County.
