I.  On September 26, 2011, by Trust Deed recorded September 28, 2011 in Book 191, Page 417 in the Register’s Office of Jamestown, Fentress County, Tennessee, Freddy Hyder, Donnie S. Hyder and Rebecca Hyder conveyed to James P. Romer, Trustee, P. O. Box 797, Jamestown, TN 38556, the below described real estate, securing lender First Volunteer Bank of Tennessee, 728 Broad Street, Chattanooga, TN 37402.

COLLATERAL GIVEN UNDER DEED OF TRUST RECORDED IN BOOK 191, PAGE 417:

TRACT ONE – 1128 ALLARDT HIGHWAY:

Lying and being in the First Civil District of Fentress County, Tennessee, about 2-1/2 miles southeastwardly from the Courthouse in Jamestown, Tennessee, on the west side of Tennessee State Highway 52 and Beginning at a steel post on the west margin of Highway 52, which post is located north 12° 32’ west 168.30 feet from the intersection of Highway 52 and the Crooked Creek Road, and running thence from said beginning steel post, south 74° 10’ west 197.20 feet to a steel post; thence south 76° 21’ west 167.30 feet to a steel post; thence north 01° 54’ west 194.94 feet to a steel post; thence north 74° 56’ east 151.45 feet to a steel post; thence north 75° 51’ east 210.77 feet to a steel post on the west side of Highway 52; thence with the west margin of Highway 52, south 12° 32’ east 192.90 feet to the beginning corner, and containing 1.64 acres, more or less.

Ledbetter, a perpetual right and easement to maintain upon the above-described land, an underground gas line extending from the gas well of grantors, Mike & Sue Ledbetter, to their home, and to go upon said lands whenever the same is reasonably necessary for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, and repairing said gas line.
