Fentress County, Tennessee will receive proposals for lighting equipment for the 2015 Fentress County Clean Tennessee Energy Grant Project until 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at the Fentress County Courthouse, PO Box 1128, Jamestown, Tennessee 38556. ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE TURNED IN BY 2:00 P.M. TO THE FENTRESS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, COUNTY EXECUTIVE’S OFFICE. This code is founded on principles intended to establish provisions consistent with the scope of an energy conservation code that adequately conserves energy; provisions that do not unnecessarily increase construction costs; provisions that do not restrict the use of new materials, products or methods of construction; and provisions that do not give preferential treatment to particular types of classes of materials, products or methods of construction.
