Notice is Hereby Given that on the 21st day of March, 2016, Letters Testamentary, of Administration, in respect to the Estate of James Lee Conley, deceased, were issued to the undersigned by the Clerk & Master of the Chancery Court of Fentress County, Tennessee.

NOTICE OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE’S SALE
Default having been made in the terms, conditions, and payments provided for in that certain Deed of Trust dated, November 1, 2004 of record in Book 71, Page 534, Register’s Office for Fentress County, Tennessee, (“ROFC”) from Earl Ray Hancock and Rebecca J. Hancock (“Borrower”) to James P.
