WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured by that certain Real Estate Deed of Trust for Tennessee executed on September 8, 1999, by Robert H. Almon and wife, Patsy Almon to David Seivers, Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register’s Office of Fentress County, Tennessee in Book C7, Page 399, (“Deed of Trust”); and
