The purpose of said meeting is to discuss the accomplishments of the 2014 Fentress County Ambulance and Heart Monitor Community Development Block Grant Project. The hearing is open to the public and active participation is highly encouraged. NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE

WHEREAS, on the 24th day of February, 2005, JOSE LUIS HERNANDEZ, JR. and wife, MARGARET F. HERNANDEZ did make, execute and deliver a certain Deed of Trust to Substitute Trustee, Leslie Clark Ledbetter of 6890 South York Highway, Clarkrange, Tennessee 38553, to secure the payment of a certain Promissory Note, with said Note being payable to Glenn Clark.
