Jury Finds Ipock Guilty On Charges

On Wednesday, March 22, 2017 a Fentress County jury found Adam Lee Ipock, 35 of Jamestown, Tennessee, guilty as charged of Vehicular Assault, Driving Under the Influence, and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance. Judge E. Shayne Sexton ordered Mr. Ipock to remain held in the Fentress County Jail until sentencing on May 5, 2017.

This case was prosecuted by Trooper Jamie Stephens with the Tennessee Highway Patrol. Members of the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Fentress County Sheriff’s Office, Jamestown Police Department, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Jamestown Fire Department, Fentress County Emergency Medical Services, and Fentress County Rescue Squad assisted in the investigation. At trial, the State was represented by Assistant District Attorneys Tessa Lunceford and Philip Kazee.
