Greg Bilbrey speaks at United Nations Ukrainian Ag Conference

On June 30, Fentress County native Greg Bilbrey was an invited speaker at the 8th Annual Congress on Profitable Pig Production and Meat Processing in Kiev, Ukraine.

The conference was sponsored by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Develop-ment. The UN and FAO invited and sponsored Greg because of his experience in working with large pork production systems and processing plants.

In his role at Agri Stats, Inc., Greg audits and analyzes data from large pork systems to help them find opportunities to increase efficiencies, cost and profit.

Greg, a 1979 graduate of York Institute in Jamestown, works with companies throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, South Korea and Russia.

Agri Stats is a pork improvement company head-quartered in Hendersonville, TN with international headquarters in England.

Greg and his wife Angela live in Fort Wayne with their children Jillian (20), Geoff (18), and John (15).

Greg is the son of Leonard and Betty Bilbrey and the brother of Karen Cooper of Jamestown.
