Fentress Co. Grand Jury Returns 19 Indictments

The Fentress County Grand Jury met on May 9, 2016 and returned nineteen  indictments, which includes the following:

Terry Wayne Jones, Stepp Rd., Clarkrange, TN Aggravated Domestic Assault.

Andrew Robert Holland,  Old Grimsley Rd., Grimsley, TN Vehicular Assault (X2), Felony Evading Arrest, Theft of Property Over $1,000, Reckless Endangerment (X2), DUI, and Driving on Revoked License 2nd Offense.

Wade Garrett Ooten Long, Crockett Cemetery Rd., Jamestown, TN received one indictment for Felony Evading Arrest, Evading Arrest, Driving on Revoked Due to prior DUI, Speeding, Violation Of No Passing Zone, Seatbelt Violation, Failure to Carry Registration, Violation of Financial Responsibility Law, and another indictment for  Driving on Revoked Due to Prior DUI.

Lacy Marie Cooper, Patton Heights Circle, Jamestown, TN Accessory After The Fact, Resisting Arrest, Assault (X4).

Lisa Ann Dunford Crabtree, Noah Buck Rd., Allardt, TN Driving on Revoked License Due to 2nd or Subsequent DUI, Seatbelt Violation.

Brigham L. Whitehead, Burkes Loop, Grimsley, TN Aggravated Domestic Assault, Vandalism Over $1,000.

Anthony Ray Cooper, Fairgrounds Rd., Jamestown, TN received one indictment for Theft Over $500, and another indictment for Domestic Assault, Public Intoxication.

Anthony R. Wolford, Green Acres Rd., Clarkrange, TN Simple Possession of Schedule VI Marijuana.

Russell Lee Terry, Martha Washington Rd., Clarkrange, TN Possession of Under .5 Grams of Meth with Intent to Sell, Simple Possession of Schedule VI Marijuana; Possession of Under .5 Grams of Meth with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Jeffery L. French, Craig Rd., Clarkrange, TN Possession of Meth Under .5 Grams with Intent to Sell, Possession of Meth Under .5 Grams with Intent to Deliver, Violation of Habitual Motor Vehicle Offender Bar, Simple Possession of Schedule VI Marijuana, Possession of Firearm by a Felon,  Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Ricky Alan Conatser, Crockett Cemetery Rd., Jamestown, TN for Reckless Endangerment (3 counts), Evading Arrest, Violation of Light Law, and another indictment for Simple Possession of Schedule VI Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
