Grant writer Amanda Mainord addressed the council about guidelines, income limits, pay scale, etc relative to the $375,000 HOME Grant which the county recently received, stating that a public hearing would be held on August 30.  This was approved on a motion by Benny Hughes, seconded by Wade Matthews and passed with all voting for.

Next, on a motion by Larry Cooper, seconded by Justin Miller, the commission approved a Memorandum of Understanding between the Fentress County Emregency Management Agency and the Fentress County Amateur Radio Club.
