11 Guilty Pleas Entered In Criminal Court Nov. 14

Criminal Court was held in Fentress County Monday, November 14, 2016 with the   Honorable Shane Sexton presiding with 11 guilty pleas being entered.

Takisha L. Doss, 55 E. 18th St. Apt. C, Cookeville, Tennessee pled guilty to Introduction of Contraband into Penal Facility and was sentenced to split confinement of 365 days jail time and 3 years supervised probation, and court cost of $739.00.

Darrell Glen Delk, Jamestown, TN entered a guilty plea to Sale of Schedule II Controlled Substance 2 counts and was sentenced to 6 years jail time.

Heather Jane Waters, 289 Long Drive, Crossville, Tennessee pled guilty to Sale and Delivery of Over 5 Grams of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to split confinement of 27 days jail time, 8 years supervised probation by Tennessee Department of Corrections, court cost of $1184, fine $2000.00 and $500.00 contribution to Fentress County Drug Fund.

Jonathan Chad Hall, 525 Hamilton Field Court, Jamestown, Tennessee entered a guilty plea to Sale of a Schedule III Controlled Substance and was sentenced to split confinement of 38 days jail time, 4 years supervised probation by Tennessee Department of Corrections, court cost of $1,084.00, fine of $2,000.00 and $500.00 contribution to Fentress County Drug Fund.

Alexander Calob Estep, 97 Five Oaks Drive, Crossville, Tennessee pled guilty to Promotion of Methamphetamine Manufacture and was sentenced with split confinement of 27 days jail time, 3 years supervised probation by Community Corrections, court cost of $664.00, fine of $2000.00, and $500.00 contribution to Fentress County Drug Fund.

Belinda Nell Pritchett Gunter, South Shady Lane, Clarkrange, Tennessee entered a guilty plea to Sale of Schedule II Controlled Substance and Introduction of Drugs into a Penal Institution and was sentenced with split confinement of 11 months 29 days in jail, 3 years probation supervised by Tennessee Department of Corrections, court cost of $1,084.00, fine $2000.00, $470.00 contribution to Fentress County Drug Fund and $470.00 to Jamestown Police Department Drug Fund.

Paul Jackson, 310 Pioneer Loop, Crossville, Tennessee pled guilty to Promotion of Methamphetamine Manufacture and was sentenced with split confinement of 27 days jail time, 3 years supervised probation by Tennessee Department of Corrections, court cost of $1,064.00 and fine of $2000.00.

Amy M. Hamby, 102 Crooked Creek Dr. Jamestown, Tennessee entered a guilty plea to Sale of Schedule II Controlled Substance 2 counts and 1 count TennCare Fraud and was sentenced with split confinement of 60 days jail time, 4 years supervised probation by Tennessee Department of Corrections, court cost of $1084.00, fine $2000.00, $500.00 to the Fentress County Drug Fund, $320.00 to Fentress County Sheriff Department and $289.70 restitution to TennCare.
